4^th CYCLE PROTOCOL DEVELOPMENT NOW CLOSED

The following draft protocols were submitted for the 4^th cycle protocol development on November 15, 2008, and have completed all 3 rounds of technical and stakeholder review. These protocols are awaiting Alberta Environment review and approval for use in the Alberta Offset System. 6) NITROUS OXIDE ABATEMENT FROM NITRIC ACID PRODUCTION

7) ENGINE FUEL MANAGEMENT AND VENT GAS CAPTURE

Following the 3^rd round review period, additional work was conducted on this protocol including a stakeholder meeting to discuss submitted comments and questions, and a follow-up meeting with Alberta Environment to discuss modifications made to the draft protocol.
